• Program Management for New Product Introduction and sustaining accounts.
• Leader of the Customer Focus Team.
• Forecast Management and Revenue Administration.
• Customer Negotiation.
• Production Administration.
• KPI Management for assigned account.
• Project Budgeting / Timeline Management.
• Management of Bill of materials, KPIs
• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.
• Bachelor’s degree a must (Business or Engineering)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience.
• Bilingual 80% (English / Spanish)
• Microsoft Office & MS Project.
• Available for travel.
• Goal oriented, proactive and leadership.
